I was really excited for this book. I enjoyed the character of Fox in [b:Blood Brothers|407234|Blood Brothers (Sign of Seven, #1)|Nora Roberts|http://d.gr-assets.com/books/1348058409s/407234.jpg|3355824], so I thought his book would be a lot of fun. I was disappointed. The main problem I had was with Layla. I did not like her. I definitely do not subscribe to the thought that all women characters have to be super strong and sexy while they do it but Layla just came across as whiny and bitchy. The whole scene where Fox got her all the information for the store, I got extremely aggravated. Even if it wasn't something she wanted, that was a huge overreaction, in my opinion. Not my favorite in the series but will keep reading.
