Diary of a Mad Fat Girl

Diary of a Mad Fat Girl - Stephanie McAfee, Cassandra Campbell This was a big disappointment for me. I had read reviews that said it was laugh out loud funny and it wasn't. I did not like Ace Jones. She was petty, antagonistic, and whiny. The whiny could have been excused, if she had been whining about things that weren't her own fault. (Oh, your boss is chewing you out? Be on time! Don't smart off to her. Honestly, it's a wonder she lasted as long as she did. Her boss had several *valid* reasons to fire her ass.)
I also detested how she treated her "friends." She was disloyal to all of them in some way but Lily and Mason were the worst. She does not deserve the loyality, devotion and affection that man had for her. She treated him like crap.
I won't even get into all the fat shaming. Disgusting.
So, yeah, this was not good for me.
Even though I did finish it and it is a bit of a personal rule for me to give any book I finish at least 2 stars, I just can't bring myself to do it for this book. I did not like it.
